J. Santos Resendiz is the founder and president of Los Angeles Concrete & Framing Co. (LACFCO), a Southern California construction company focused on structural concrete, framing, site development, and ground-up construction.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and licensed general contractor, Santos brings more than two decades of hands-on field, estimating, management, and business-development experience to every project. He began his construction career in 2001 as a structural steel and concrete foreman at the Chevron Refinery, where he developed the technical foundation, discipline, and leadership skills that would later guide the growth of LACFCO.
Today, Santos provides overall direction for the company’s construction operations, business development, estimating, budgeting, and project-management practices. He works closely with clients, architects, engineers, designers, and consultants to evaluate projects, develop realistic budgets, coordinate construction, and deliver practical solutions from preconstruction through completion. He also holds a certificate in Real Estate Development and Investment Analysis from UCLA.
